Most of the tea you'll taste comes from the Camellia sinensis plant, but rooibos is produced solely in the Cederberg mountains of South Africa where it's grown on small bushes producing green, needle-like leaves. Rooibos or Redbush is a tea alternative as it is delicious in its own right and tastes quite different to tea. It is a refreshing, honey-sweet and caffeine free drink with a cooling quality.
